Whether it's traffic, trouble finding parking or general delays, we know life happens. Our team is all about providing our guests the best experience possible and that means being flexible when things come up. That said, our schedule is pretty tight and one appointment can disrupt the rest of the day. As much as we want to be flexible, we also have to be fair to everyone else who booked and arrived on time.
If you are late for your appointment, our team will do their best to make sure you are still photographed that day. We will look for last-minute cancellations or any available catch-up spots to move your session.
However, if that is not possible, the following late policy will apply for individual grad sessions: 10 minutes late — Cap and gown photos only. Students can rebook for casual photos.
15 minutes late — No photos taken. The appointment must be rescheduled. For group appointments, we will photograph everyone no later than 10 minutes within their booking time. If one or more group members has not arrived within that time, we will not be able to wait for them. Groups that arrive 10 minutes late or more will be required to reschedule.
We advise our guests to arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment time. If you booked a group session, we recommend aiming to arrive 15 minutes early. You know that friend who is always late? Tell them to be there 20 minutes early — we don't want them to miss out.
And if you are running late for your appointment, the best thing to do would be to call or live chat with our customer service team right away. This little heads up will give us a chance to see how we can move things around before you arrive.
