Whether it's traffic, trouble finding parking or general delays, we know life happens. Our team is all about providing our guests the best experience possible and that means being flexible when things come up. That said, our schedule is pretty tight and one late guest can disrupt the rest of the day's appointments. As much as we want to be flexible, we also have to be fair to everyone else who booked and arrived on time.
If you are late for your appointment, our team will do their best to make sure you are still photographed that day. We will look for last-minute cancellations or any available catch-up spots to move your session.
However, if that is not possible, the following late policy will apply: 10 minutes late — Cap and gown photos only. Students can rebook for casual photos.
15 minutes late — No photos taken. The appointment must be rescheduled.
We advise our guests to arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment time. If you are coming to our studio in Vancouver, both the traffic and parking can be challenging, so please plan ahead.
And if you are running late for your appointment, the best thing to do would be to call or live chat with our customer service team right away. This little heads up will give us a chance to see how we can move things around before you arrive.
