The real reason university grads shouldn't skip their grad photos

We know what you're thinking. Grad photos are just for high school grads and you've been there, done that.

But here's the thing:

When you come to our studio, you don't just get your cap and gown photos. You also get the chance to take head shots (think LinkedIn) and photos with your friends and family. Your university graduation is a huge milestone and you should commemorate it.

But the real reason you shouldn't skip your grad photos is to be in the yearbook and on the school's composite. All those papers, presentations and late nights studying for exams was a lot of work and you should have something to show for it. (Okay you have your degree to show for it but your grad photo on the composite is something people will actually see. Otherwise, did you even graduate?!)

For your grad session, all you pay is a $60 deposit. For some universities, we also charge a $15 sitting fee that goes toward student services. That's it. If you decide to order, you can use the $60 deposit like a credit. If not, we'll refund it. At least this way, you'll still make it on the composite and the world will know that you really did graduate.

Whether it's your first degree or third, you deserve to celebrate your accomplishment with photos. Book your appointment with us now here.

Please note that your photo will only appear on the composite and/or yearbook if we have an agreement with your department. If you aren't sure, please contact us.

An extra note for UBC students - Your photo will be searchable on the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre Interactive Wall. Check out this video to see how it works! For more information on preparing for graduation, check out this post.
